Introducing...Ashleigh Hinner, MSE, LPC, NCC

As the therapist at Marathon Youth Services, Inc., I provide counseling services to our adolescent group home, Reynolds Group Home, our adult family home, Prospect Place, and supportive apartment settings, Seventh Street Suites. I am available to these groups for individual, family, and group therapy. I am also available to community members for individual and family therapy.

I strive to take in each individual’s unique experiences and help them find the tools needed to live a safe, healthy and happy life. My counseling philosophy is derived from combination of cognitive-behavioral approach and client-centered approach. It is my belief that the relationship between the therapist and client is paramount to build a trusting, safe atmosphere where one can work towards their individual goals. I am passionate about serving others and promoting positive change in people’s lives, family and community.

I have a Master’s Degree in Community Counseling and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Service from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. I am licensed as a Professional Counselor – In Training in Wisconsin, I am a National Certified Counselor, a member of the Wisconsin Counseling Association and American Counseling Association.

If you are interested in starting your own counseling journey please contact me at (715) 848-0011 or through email at  ahinner@marathonyouthservices.org.  Currently we provide individual and family therapy to community members for a low fee. At this time we are not taking any insurance or medical assistance.

I look forward to meeting with you.

Ashleigh HInner
